ACCOUNT MANAGER . . .

The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients. As an Account Manager, you are the day-to-day client contact and responsible for leading the delivery teams in alignment with our client’s strategy and goals.In partnership with the Account Director and Strategy Director, the Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships, increase revenue and ensure client retention and referral. The ideal Account Manager possesses energy, passion, authenticity and creativity.
Responsible to: Director of Accounts, Director of Strategy External Relationships: Clients, Media Contacts, Partners Hours: Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeing and managing strategy, implementation and progress of client’s campaign Producing high-quality work and executing on campaign deliverables: Implementing Hubspot campaigns (creating landing pages, calls to action, emails, lead scoring and segmentation strategies, workflows, etc.), and managing paid lead generation campaigns (such as pay per click, content advertising, etc.) Understanding client’s goals, objectives, and industry Providing client with clear reporting and progress of their account based on goals and vision Proactively making educated recommendations or opportunities for client based on needs and goals Managing the relationship and expectations of the client
QUALIFICATIONS 2-3 years experience directly managing clients Minimum 1 year experience utilizing Hubspot (or comparable marketing automation platform) Experience with Salesforce, Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other marketing platforms preferable Strong background in digital marketing Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication Problem solving skills Coachable Team-player

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE . . .

Account Executive serves as day-to-day liaison between our team and the client. This person is responsible for successful and timely completion of various projects ranging from Hubspot implementation to paid search campaign management to content management, as well as assisting with the development of client marketing communication strategies. Ideal candidates should have one to two years of advertising/marketing agency experience along with excellent interpersonal, customer service, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Applicants should demonstrate critical thinking, problem solving skills, and a keen understanding of how an integrated agency operates.

ACCOUNT COORDINATOR . . .

The account coordinator assists in the day-to-day administration of digital marketing and advertising campaign initiatives for the agency’s clients. This includes maintaining a high level of awareness with client activities, high detail-oriented, and project management.
Responsible to: Account Manager, Account Executive External Relationships: Partners Hours: Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting specific client deliverables: Assisting with the implementation of client deliverables such as email, landing pages, custom call to actions Supporting Account Executive with client communication on small to midsize accounts: Handling small to mid size accounts communication when it comes to content (blogs and social media calendars), design deliverables, and approvals or follow ups Managing and posting monthly social media calendars: Researching, creating, organizing, and posting social media posts within time frame of deadlines, along with analyzing the success of the social media pages Managing and posting monthly blogs: Researching topics, ordering content, proofing content and posting blog posts within time frame of deadlines Proactively making educated recommendations or opportunities for client based on needs and goals
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing Strong written and verbal communication Highly Organized Coachable Team-player

MARKETING INTERN . . .

In the marketing space, the Intern plays a support role in the execution of short- and mid-term strategy, as well as is given significant opportunity to mature their understanding of object-oriented and design thinking.
